To expose own thinking, various individuals choice various medias.
Some individuals expose their thinking through the stories.
Otherwise, some individuals expose their thinking through the critical writings.
But, there are various subjects in the human societies – those are very difficult to expose without stories.
There were many great philosophers and saints, those who exposed their thinking through the stories.
Because, to understand various critical subjects – there must need various examples.
That are not only suitable for the human societies – but also suitable for the science (physics, chemistry…).
Philosopher Bertrand Russell was the critical author.
But to expose his thinking, he presented various examples to expose his own thinking.
Rabindranath Tagore also wrote various stories.
Even, to expose own critical thinking, he presented various examples in the non-fictional and the critical writings.
Hujjatul Islam Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) also presented various examples to expose own thinking – as if, the readers can understand about various difficult subjects.
And that examples are one kind of the stories.
Thus, stories are important for the human societies.

মানুষ বিভিন্নভাবে নিজের মনের ভাব ও চিন্তা প্রকাশ করে।
কেউ প্রকাশ করেন গল্পের মাধ্যমে আবার কেউ প্রকাশ করেন আলোচনা ও প্রবন্ধের মাধ্যমে।
কিন্তু মানব সমাজের কিছু জটিল বিষয় আছে, যেগুলো সম্পর্কে মনের ভাব প্রকাশের জন্য গল্প ও উদাহরণ আবশ্যক।
তাই প্রবন্ধ ও জটিল বিষয় যেন পাঠক সহজে উপলব্ধি করতে পারেন - সে জন্য প্রবন্ধেও উদাহরণ প্রদান করা হয়।
এমনকি , বিজ্ঞানের - বিশেষ করে পদার্থ ও রসায়ন - বিভিন্ন বিষয়কে সহজসাধ্য করার জন্য বিভিন্ন উদাহরণ প্রদান করা হয়।
বার্ট্রান্ড রাসেল , ইমাম গাজ্জালি (রাহমাতুল্লাহি আলাইহি), রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর নিজেদের বিভিন্ন প্রবন্ধে জটিল বিষয়কে সহজভাবে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য বিভিন্ন উদাহরণ প্রদান করেছেন।
আর সেই উদাহরণ সমূহ অনেকটা গল্পের মতোই।
